What follows are the best pop tunes to play on your way to work. Love or hate your job, these tunes will get you so pumped you won’t even need your coffee. (Okay maybe not.)

1. Flo Rida’s “Good Feeling” gets you hyped and features the beautiful vocals of Etta James from her song “Something’s gotta hold on me”. To quote YouTube user Artorius115 on the song's effects, “I literally listened to this song every morning of the year 2013 while I was driving my bike when going to school. It was by FAR the worst year of my life and I wouldn’t have been here if it wasn’t for this song.”

2. If you have a job that makes you feel hopeless, you can never go wrong with a little bit of Rihanna’s “We found Love”. Featuring Calvin Harris, this song will have you gripping your seatbelt and looking for the best in a bad situation.

3. A great song for anyone who is feeling like they are being buried alive at work. Bastille’s “Pompeii” is perfect for your way to work. “How am I gonna be an optimist about this?” the lead singer croons/asks. Turn up the music, roll down the window and remember that while work might suck, at least your job isn’t in a town that’s built on an erupting volcano.

4. Perhaps Ke$ha wasn’t thinking of a slow work day when she wrote “Tik Tok”, but if that’s what you’ve got ahead of you, listening to the song that first got the pop singer on the charts can set the mood for the way your work day could potentially go! So keep your eyes on the road, your hands on the wheel and remember, “Tick-tock on the clock, but the party don't stop”!

5. And for anyone who dreams of exciting work beyond the office, what better group to listen to than Fifth Harmony’s “Work From Home”? This song will remind you of the many definitions of the word “work”. Hint, it’s not always something you can claim overtime for. The cheeky song will have you grinning and grooving by the time you get to work.
